Abstract

This empowerment program aims to improve the productivity and welfare of the community in Kraton through the application of precision agriculture systems and digital marketing strategies. The primary focus in the initial stage is to train farmers to operate modern agricultural technology devices. The integration of this technology into the farming management system is expected to increase efficiency, reduce operational costs, and measurably optimize both the quantity and quality of crop yields. In addition to innovation in the production sector (upstream), this initiative also targets the downstream sector by expanding the marketing reach of agricultural products through digital marketing. This strategic approach is projected to boost the added value and competitiveness of local commodities, enabling them to compete robustly in the modern market. Overall, this comprehensive intervention is designed to create an innovative, highly competitive community-based agribusiness ecosystem, which will ultimately lead to a sustainable escalation in community income and welfare
