Abstract
This community service program aims to identify the suitability of physical education teaching practices with the implemented Lesson Plans (RPP) among teachers at SDN Suratmajan. The primary method utilized in this activity involves practical workshops on designing RPP and implementing them in teaching practices. The community service was conducted involving physical education teachers who participated in interactive discussions, theoretical presentations, and practical RPP drafting sessions. The results of the program demonstrated that training significantly improved the teachers' understanding and ability to design standardized RPPs that align with the independent curriculum. Furthermore, the teachers showed high integrity and capability in overcoming didactic and epistemological learning obstacles during the teaching process. In conclusion, the systematic training successfully enhanced the professional competence of physical education teachers at SDN Suratmajan, ensuring that their instructional designs accurately match their practical teaching delivery. Continuous training and evaluation are highly recommended to maintain the quality of education and teacher professionalism.
