Abstract

Developing agribusiness-based creative entrepreneurship is one strategy for increasing the added value of local commodities and strengthening the local economy. Dairy products, as a leading commodity, have significant potential for development through product innovation and enhanced aesthetics. However, entrepreneurs still face various obstacles, such as low processing innovation, weak business management, and suboptimal packaging design and product branding. This activity aims to develop an agribusiness-based creative entrepreneurship model by strengthening innovation and aesthetics in dairy products to increase the added value of local commodities. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through training, hands-on practice, and business mentoring. The materials provided cover dairy product development, business management, packaging design, product branding, and digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in developing more innovative and attractive dairy products. Participants began to develop new product variations, improve packaging quality, and build a stronger product identity. Furthermore, the implementation of digital marketing strategies helped expand market reach and increase product visibility. Thus, this program makes a positive contribution to increasing community entrepreneurial capacity, strengthening the added value of dairy products, and encouraging the sustainable development of a local economy based on creative agribusiness.
