Abstract
This community service activity aims to improve physical skills and healthy lifestyle awareness through Simple Floor Gymnastics Training in Kaibon Village, Geger Subdistrict, Madiun Regency. The training, conducted in 4-6 December 2025, utilized a participatory and practical approach, encompassing theoretical material delivery, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and continuous evaluation. The results indicated a significant improvement in the residents' mastery of basic gymnastics techniques, enabling them to exercise independently and safely. Specifically, the program had a tangible impact on the village youth by reducing sedentary lifestyles, channeling energy positively, and strengthening social solidarity. Another strategic success was the formation of local instructor cadres from within the community. This builds a strong foundation for the sustainability of independent gymnastics routines in the village, eliminating the need for external assistance. In conclusion, this activity serves as a concrete implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, successfully transferring knowledge while strengthening the synergy between academic institutions and the Kaibon Village community for a long-term improvement in the quality of life.
