Abstrak

Conceived as a strategic response to rural economic vulnerabilities, this empowerment initiative spearheads the integration of Appropriate Technology and digital commerce navigation to actualize the financial independence of the Sugihwaras Village community. The mechanization of post-harvest processing effectively eradicates manual labor inefficiencies and mitigates commodity shrinkage caused by unpredictable weather. this intervention dismantles the monopolistic supply chain of local middlemen, ensuring that profit margins are entirely redirected into the farmers' household economies to elevate their nutritional and educational standards. On an institutional level, the program instigates a mental revolution within the farmer association, transforming it into a highly accountable, corporate-styled rural entity. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and digital transaction audits significantly amplifies their creditworthiness (bankability) for future infrastructural expansions. Furthermore, urban consumers substantially benefit from the transparent distribution of premium, chemical-free organic commodities at fair retail prices, fostering a profound emotional trust in rural producers. For the local governance of Magetan Regency, this model offers a fiscally efficient and factually validated blueprint for poverty alleviation. Simultaneously, for Universitas Doktor Nugroho (UDN), this field immersion manifests the ultimate realization of the Tri Dharma of higher education, proving that academic idealism must transcend the ivory tower to engineer tangible societal prosperity.
