Abstrak
Initiated to elevate the economic resilience of rural dairy farmers, this empowerment program orchestrates a strategic integration between pasteurization technology and value chain digitalization in Kampung Susu Lawu. The deployment of mechanized processing facilities has drastically minimized milk waste and reduced reliance on exhaustive manual labor, generating significant value-added products. By bypassing traditional middlemen through direct-to-consumer digital commerce, the profit margins are fully secured within the farmers' household economy, substantially improving their living standards. Institutionally, the cultural transformation of the farmers' association into an accountable village corporate entity has instilled a modern entrepreneurial mindset characterized by quality control compliance and data-driven marketing. This administratively robust profile significantly enhances their creditworthiness (bankability), establishing a solid foundation for future capital expansions via formal financing schemes. Furthermore, the transparent e-commerce architecture guarantees product hygiene and safety for urban consumers while simultaneously triggering rural job creation that curtails youth urbanization. For academia, this initiative provides invaluable empirical data to modernize higher education curricula. Concurrently, it offers the local government a validated, cost-effective public policy blueprint for poverty alleviation, highly recommended for broader replication across other potential districts.
