Abstrak

The deployment of mechanical interventions has successfully minimized post-harvest shrinkage while simultaneously eliminating the heavy reliance on time-consuming and costly manual labor. This accumulation of value creation ensures that profit margins flow entirely into the farmers' household economies, directly fortifying their capacity to access better education and healthcare. Institutionally, the cultural transformation of the Farmer Group into an accountable and administratively organized economic entity has provided essential managerial support. This professional profile significantly elevates their creditworthiness (bankability), paving the way for future negotiations to secure formal financing schemes (such as KUR) for massive business expansion. Furthermore, the embedded sustainable agricultural practices guarantee the preservation of healthy soil and chemical-free water for future generations. For academia, this empirical field engagement provides invaluable data to renovate higher education modules. Meanwhile, for the local government, this successfully validated methodology serves as a strategic, low-budget public policy blueprint for alleviating rural poverty, making it highly feasible for broader replication in other regions.
