Abstrak

Conceived as a strategic breakthrough to fortify rural economic resilience, this empowerment program orchestrates the integration of smart farming and digital agritourism to elevate the competitiveness of MSMEs in Gonggang Village. The deployment of artificial intelligence-guided automated irrigation and fertilization has proven highly effective in eradicating capital waste, driving input costs to maximum efficiency. Concurrently, the penetration of online commerce has successfully dismantled local middleman monopolies. The resulting expansion in profit margins directly revitalizes household cash flows, unlocking new avenues for savings and long-term investments. Institutionally, the program catalyzes a strategic transformation within local business entities, such as BUMDes, cultivating digital marketing literacy and precision agriculture standards. This professionalized, commercially accountable portfolio exponentially amplifies their creditworthiness (bankability), facilitating future access to large-scale banking credit for the expansion of new tourism facilities. On a macro level, this initiative establishes a natural laboratory that supplies universities with rare empirical data to modernize their technology curricula. Ultimately, for the Magetan Regency Government, the success of this integrated model presents a brilliant, cost-efficient public policy prototype for tourism development and poverty alleviation that does not overburden the regional budget.
