Abstrak

Strengthening farmers' entrepreneurial capacity is a strategic step in increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of agribusinesses at the rural level. Suratmajan Village boasts significant agricultural resource potential, but its management still faces various obstacles, such as low business innovation, limited understanding of sustainable agribusiness concepts, and minimal use of digital technology in product marketing. This situation results in suboptimal added value for agricultural products and limited market reach.

T The implementation method uses a participatory approach through training, hands-on practice, and ongoing mentoring. The materials provided cover sustainable agribusiness management, product innovation based on local potential, business management, and the use of digital media as a promotional and marketing tool.

The activity results indicate an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills in managing agribusinesses more efficiently, innovatively, and sustainably. Farmers are beginning to develop value-added products and utilize digital platforms to expand market reach. The implementation of digital marketing also contributes to increased product visibility and interaction with consumers.

Thus, this program has had a positive impact in increasing farmers' entrepreneurial capacity, encouraging sustainable agribusiness development, and expanding market access through the use of digital technology in Suratmajan Village.
