Abstrak

This community empowerment program aims to enhance the economic resilience of rural households by implementing a Smart Agroindustry approach within the Nedio Rahayu Farmer Group. The primary interventions focused on digitalizing the supply chain and strengthening the brand identity of locally processed agricultural products. By integrating digital marketing platforms, the program successfully bypassed traditional intermediary barriers, allowing farmers to establish direct market access and optimize their profit margins. Furthermore, the strategic branding intervention transformed raw commodities into premium value-added goods, significantly increasing their aesthetic appeal and market competitiveness. The synergy of these two approaches not only streamlined operational efficiency but also secured a sustainable financial buffer for rural families, enabling future educational and economic investments. Institutionally, the program revitalized the local agro-industrial framework, providing the farmer group with the managerial credibility required for broader market penetration and potential banking capital access. In conclusion, the holistic integration of supply chain digitalization and professional branding serves as an effective, low-cost prototype for rural poverty alleviation, simultaneously enriching the practical curriculum of agricultural socio-economics for higher education institutions.
