Abstract
This community empowerment program outlines a transformative approach to developing the local economy in Tanjungsepreh Village by integrating Appropriate Technology and digital marketing into a robust agribusiness ecosystem. Historically, local farmers faced severe operational inefficiencies and lengthy supply chains dominated by intermediaries, leading to high agricultural waste and diminished profit margins. To address these anomalies, the program deployed mechanized processing instruments alongside direct online platforms. The implementation utilized a practical learning method to ensure rapid adaptation by the participants. The impact evaluation revealed that this strategic intervention systematically eradicated operational bottlenecks and significantly minimized postharvest waste. Concurrently, bypassing traditional middlemen catalyzed a substantial surge in net profit margins for farming households, intrinsically elevating community living standards. Institutionally, traditional farmer collectives metamorphosed into professional, data driven rural enterprises, securing future institutional bankability. Furthermore, this integrated framework sparked a localized circular economy that successfully absorbed the village youth into newly formed value chains, such as sustainable packaging, digital administration, and agricultural logistics, thereby actively curbing urban migration. Ultimately, this initiative yields a smart agropolitan blueprint for regional governments and validates the academic commitment to delivering pragmatic, sustainable poverty alleviation solutions for communities
